Located in the luxurious 4.5 Rydges Campbelltown, Infusion Restaurant offers style, service and sophistication. The contemporary décor is complemented by a superb mouthwatering menu and perfectly partnered wine list. Infusion offers diners a selection of fresh and modern cuisine, with the added attraction of vegetarian and gluten free meals. The restaurant also offers and extensive alfresco area perfect for summer dining.
In addition to a la carte dining, Infusion offers a bar snacks menu, bar and micro brewery. For a truly unique experience sample one of our home brewed beers, Appin Ale, Fishers Ghost Lager or Macarthur Wheat, produced onsite at our own microbrewery.

Here's one for the ladies... for true sophistication try High Tea at Infusion any day of the week between 10.30am – 3pm. It's the perfect way to catch up with friends and enjoy a delicious array of high tea delicacies in our beautiful restaurant. The High Tea menu consists of Sparkling wine on arrival, assorted ribbon sandwiches, dainty sweet cakes, warm scones with jam and cream, your choice of Pickwick Tea or Espresso
