C3 Rewards features five reward levels that are determined by the accrual of rewards points over a rolling 3 month period.

PLATINUM + 90,000 or more reward points
PLATINUM 35,000 - 89,999 reward points
GOLD 12,000 - 34,999 reward points
SILVER 2,000 - 11,999 reward points
BRONZE  0 - 1,999 reward points

Participation in C3 Rewards is FREE, with all Members automatically qualifying as bronze level as soon as you join. As you accrue points by making purchases around the Club you will automatically move up C3 reward levels - meaning the more you use your card, the more rewards you are eligible to receive.

Your level will be reviewed every 6 months (March and September) and you may be moved down a level if you have not maintained your current level requirements. Once you have attained a certain level you will remain there until these review dates.

You can check what level you are on at anytime by asking Club Reception. 

Enjoy yourself! Grab a drink, share a meal, have fun - and earn C3 Reward Points! Just present your membership card at the point of sale.

Earning C3 Rewards Points is easy! Each time you make a purchase at one of our participating outlets, present your membership card and C3 reward points will be automatically credited to your account - earning you one point for every $1 spent.  You will earn one point for every $1 spent on food and beverage.

It is important to note that you will not be able to earn points on transactions that are being paid or part paid by points.

Discounts on drinks at the bar, special offers, birthday gifts and much more!

Depending on your C3 Rewards level, you will be rewarded every time you visit the Club with special discounts on select items, gifts, freebies and more! See table for more details.

You can use your C3 Reward Points to make purchases throughout the Club including:

• Drinks from Sports Bar, Cocktail Bar, Main Bar, Kings Food Court Bar
• Drinks and meals from Samba Café & Grill, Kings Food Court or the Sports Bar Snack Menu
• Items from our new C3 Rewards Gift Shop including electrical items and gift cards
• Beverages from our Bottle Shop

You will also be eligible for special offers at Event Cinemas Campbelltown, Aquafit Fitness and Leisure, Rydges Campbelltown, The Cube Convention Entertainment Centre and Campbelltown Golf Club.

With C3 rewards there is no need to visit our rewards terminal to print a slip to redeem your points - its now all automatic and electronic! All you need to do is present your membership card at the point of sale and ask to use your points to pay for your purchase (1 point = 1 cent). The purchase amount will automatically be deducted from your points balance.

Your point balance can be checked at the rewards terminal at any time. All reward points will be zeroed on 30 June each year. Make sure you use all your points before this date!
