Campbelltown Catholic Club now HACCP Accredited
After 3 years of hard work and dedication to building a Food Safety Program, Campbelltown Catholic Club has now achieved HACCP Accreditation. HACCP, meaning Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, provides a systematic, planned approach to controlling food safety hazards. In simple terms it means that quality processes have been implemented to ensure your meal has been transported, stored, cooked and served to you in the safest way possible. To ensure our stringent measures are continually met, the program is externally audited every 6 months by international auditing company SAI Global for re-accreditation.
HACCP accreditation is not easily achieved with only a handful of businesses in the industry even endeavouring to achieve this level. Campbelltown Catholic Club is extremely excited and proud of achieving our HACCP accreditation, which goes above and beyond what is required of us from the NSW Food Authority. You can rest assured that our food safety practices are the best in the area!
