HELP YOUR SCHOOL SHARE IN $40,000 AT MACARTHUR SQUARE!

Due to overwhelming popularity, Macarthur Square will again be hosting My Macarthur Schools Challenge for the third consecutive year. Macarthur Square and sponsors are proud to be hosting this community initiative which recognises our hard working teachers and students within the Macarthur region.

“Macarthur Square, together with our sponsors Campbelltown Catholic Club and Macarthur Advertiser, is proud to host My Macarthur Schools Challenge for the third year,” said Macarthur Square Centre Manager, Andrew Martin.

Campbelltown Catholic Club is proud to be involved again with ‘The My Macarthur Schools Challenge’. Club CEO Michael Lavorato believes ‘this program is a fantastic opportunity for local schools with fantastic benefits - our students are our future and we are dedicated to supporting them every way we can.’

How it all works…

This year sees 35 local primary and high schools participating in the Challenge from Wednesday 1 June – Sunday 17 July 2011, for the opportunity to win a share of a $40,000 cash give away! The prize money will assist ten local schools with much needed funding for teaching resources, sporting equipment, playground facilities, research or excursions.

Local schools will be rewarded for what the community would normally do each week – shop at Macarthur Square!

For every $1 spent at Macarthur Square your school will receive 1 point. Support your school by presenting your receipts at the Customer Service Desk on Level 1 to have your school dollars added towards your school tally. An interactive tally board will show how your school is ranked on a daily basis. Regular tally updates will also feature on the Macarthur Square website and in Macarthur Advertiser newspaper.

Double Points!

To add to the excitement, Macarthur Square will be holding double up days on Thursday 23 June, Saturday 2 July and Thursday 14 July 2011. For every $1 spent at Macarthur Square, you will earn TWO (2) points for your school! For example, if you spend $20, you will receive 40 points!
