    NO to violence against women.
It's as simple as that – and the message is ringing loud and clear at Campbelltown Catholic Club.
The Club is already several months into its White Ribbon Accreditation journey, as a key workplace driving change in the Macarthur area.
"Through this process we aim to promote respectful relationships and gender equality within the workplace and demonstrate a culture of zero tolerance of violence against women," said CEO Michael Lavorato.
The Club's management team and the White Ribbon Committee gathered in the foyer this morning to make sure they were break the silence around domestic violence.
In one voice, they recited the oath: "I will stand up, speak out and act to prevent men's violence against women."
The Club's General Manager People & Culture, Jill Teeling, heads the Club's White Ribbon Committee which is busy organising a range of activities, and is thrilled by the positive response from the Club's staff and patrons.
